Joel S. Rosen specializes in product liability cases, representing individuals who are catastrophically injured as result of defective and faulty products, and in particular, cases involving defective automobiles and trucks.

Mr. Rosen also represents firefighters and other first responders and their families when they sustain serious injuries or have been killed on the job. He has obtained numerous multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements for his clients at Cohen, Placitella, Roth. He has successfully represented victims and litigated cases across the country, including Florida, Alabama, Virginia, Ohio, New Jersey, New York, and Maryland.
