Congratulations to my friends Rick Nemeroff & Mickey Landry for their great work in representing their client Mr Sculte. The Louisiana jury that considered the case saw the truth and rejected the defenses asserted by the defendant intended to defeat the plaintiff’s claim. The jury clearly rejected the testimony of the defendant’s start witness William Dyson who makes his living going around the country testifying for asbestos companies causing mesothelioma. The Jury found Crown Cork & Seal 33% responsible.
