$2.4 Million Asbestos Mesothelioma Verdict Against Union Carbide

gavel in courtroom The day before Thanksgiving  a Baltimore  jury returned a verdict of $2.4 million in  a mesothelioma case against Union Carbide. The plaintiff in the case worked  for national gypsum and  was exposed to asbestos fiber manufactured and sold by Union Carbide. This was extremely difficult case for the plaintiff and a well-deserved victory. Congratulations to my friends  at the law office of Peter Angelos who represented the plaintiff.
