Congratulations to my friends Steve Healy and Ari Friedman on obtaining a verdict for James Lovelace against Pneumo Abex in a Sacramento Court. The jury deliberated for a full weak awarding $572,000 in economic damages and $1,500,000 in non-economic damages (13% to Abex). Mr. Lovelace worked as a shade tree mechanic who was exposed to asbestos.
