A Brooklyn jury handed down a 3.8 million dollar verdict today. The plaintiff was a deceased 59 y.o. former NAVY deckhand (1966-1970) and civilian Air Force employee (1974-1998) who worked on Cleaver Brooks’ boilers at McConnell Air Force Base in Wichita, KS. The plaintiff called the worker’s widow, Dr. Strauchen, and Dr. Castleman.
