6 Million Dollar Oklahoma City Mesothelioma Verdict

Congratulations to my colleagues and friends Jessica Dean and Amin Omar for the verdict they achieved in Oklahoma City against Murco and Welco for $6 million on behalf of our 49 year old client with mesothelioma. The plaintiff’s exposure occurred as a child between the ages of 5 & 14.In reaching its verdict, the jury determined that the plaintiff was entitled to $1.5MM in economic damages and $4.5MM in non-economic (pain, suffering & disability) damages. The jury assigned 40% fault to Murco and 60% fault to Welco. The jury further found that each defendant acted with gross negligence, recklessness, and malice in individual findings.
