Pursue Justice. Champion People.

You’ll find that CPR prioritizes high ethical standards, innovative legal thinking, a passion for justice, and a commitment to changing lives for the better. You’ll also find that we “walk the walk” when it comes to instilling these core values into our everyday practices.

Fight for What’s Right

We are determined to help those injured through no fault of their own, and we strive to do the right thing by them every step of the way. We level the playing field for people who are severely injured by people or companies who have acted carelessly or abused their power — taking on the fights that people think can’t be won because we have the experience and knowledge to do so.

Leave No Stone Unturned

We believe that to achieve optimum outcomes, we must embrace the philosophy that many heads are better than one when it comes to problem-solving. Driven by purpose, we think things through as a team in order to meticulously explore every perspective and find unique solutions to challenging issues.

Put People First, Always

We care deeply about our clients, our staff, and our communities. For us, success isn’t measured just by the number of cases we’ve won — it is also measured by the meaningful results we achieve for the people we serve. And we will not rest until we have made a positive impact on people’s lives.

Know When to Talk — and When to Listen

Our clients come to us feeling vulnerable, uncertain, and isolated, and they need our voices and expertise to navigate complicated legal matters that they can’t handle alone. During this journey, they trust us with the extremely sensitive details of their lives and, in turn, have a strong expectation for privacy. We don’t take that responsibility lightly. We listen intently to their needs as we craft the best possible legal representation for their unique circumstances.

Make History

Our collective work has contributed to many significant historical legal milestones in PA, NJ, and across the nation. We are proud to not only deliver meaningful results to our clients, but also to ultimately shape laws that positively impact the greater community.

VIEW ALL FAQS

  • How do I know I need a lawyer?

During our free consultation, we can advise you on whether you should hire a lawyer or what steps will be necessary to determine if you should.

  • Why should I pick CPR to handle my case?

CPR lawyers are experienced, successful trial lawyers who are committed to our clients and their causes.

  • What can I expect from you?

You can expect honesty, responsiveness, and zealous advocacy from CPR. We take seriously our responsibilities of providing counsel and advocacy to our clients.

  • What is a typical legal process like?

Every case is unique, but each has four major elements. First, we investigate every potential claim by exploring what happened (such as by reviewing medical records and interviewing witnesses) and analyzing whether those facts may be applied to law that would permit us to hold another accountable. Second, if we believe the facts and law support moving forward, we then file a Complaint with the Court, which starts a lawsuit. The third — and longest — part of any lawsuit is the discovery phase of the case, in which both sides learn about their opponents’ claims or defenses through written questions (called interrogatories), the production of documents and other materials, and pretrial testimony under oath (called depositions). Finally, the case is then presented for trial.

  • What will your legal fees cost me?

CPR only receives a fee if we make a recovery on your behalf. In those circumstances, our fees are based on a percentage of the recovery. At that time, the firm is also reimbursed for the litigation costs that we incur in prosecuting your case. All of this is described in our initial consultation and in our fee agreement, which we will review with you in detail.
