Alameda County denys Crane’s motion to strike plaintiff’s punitive damages claim

It seems like the battle never ends to seeking the truth and fighting through the roadblocks thrown up by the asbestos defense bar. Attached an order out of Alameda County denying John Crane’s motion to strike the plaintiff’s punitive damages claim. The Judge agreed with the plaintiff that the defendant’s attempts were “ill conceived” “sloppy” and “misguided”. Great work by my friend Rachel Mousa fighting her way to victory for her client.
