Asbestos, State and Federal Court

Rather than litigate in state court the asbestos defendants do everything they can to get to federal court where they somehow feel they have an advantage. Many federal courts however are getting wise to this strategy and sending cases back to state court where they belong. Attached is a decision from a Federal Court in Florida saying enough is enough and send the case back to the court where it was filed.
