Attorney Chris Placitella’s Oral Arguments in Sun Chemical Lawsuit

On March 17, 2020, Attorney Chris Placitella argued that claims can be filed concurrently under two separate New Jersey statutes: the Consumer Fraud Act (CFA) and the Product Liability Act (PLA).

“They’re not antagonistic, they’re complimentary,” said Christopher M. Placitella, representing the Association for Justice.

The case being argued was Sun Chemical Corp. v. Fike Corp. et al., case number A-89-18, in the New Jersey Supreme Court.
