Ms. Goodman began her practice of law in Philadelphia where she was a Partner at Margolis Edelstein. For 18 years, she concentrated her litigation practice on mass tort litigation, handling numerous trials. Following, Margolis Edelstein, Ms. Goodman was associated with The Weiser Law Firm. There she was involved in all aspects of the firm’s practice, including securities fraud, shareholder class and derivative actions and antitrust litigation.
Ms. Goodman has substantial trial experience involving complex actions in federal and state courts throughout the country. In 2009, Ms. Goodman was co-lead trial counsel in one of the few class action ERISA cases ever to be tried, which involved claims against the fiduciaries of the 401k plan of an S&P 500 company for imprudent investment in company stock and misrepresentations to plan participants. In addition to her significant trial recoveries, she has successfully resolved numerous actions through arbitrations and mediations in an array of forums.

Ms. Goodman has been or is a member of the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the Philadelphia Bar Association. She has served as President of Settlement Music School and was one of the founding members of the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Commission on Women in the Profession. In her spare time, Ms. Goodman volunteers for Meals on Wheels, delivering meals to the elderly.
