Jacqueline P. Gruhler joined Cohen, Placitella & Roth after serving nine years as an Assistant District Attorney in Philadelphia. During her time at the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office Ms. Gruhler served in both the Trial Division as well as the Pretrial Divisions. While serving in the Trial Division she tried many felony criminal cases, both jury and bench trials. In the Pretrial Division Ms. Gruhler focused on the charging function of the office as well as diversionary programs.
Ms. Gruhler holds a B.A. in Political Science, with a minor in Communication/Journalism, from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania (2001) and earned her J.D. from Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law (2006). While at Temple Law she served as a Research Editor for the Temple Law Review Editorial Board.
