Mr. Begley was also counsel in Cheney v. Daily News, L.P. in which the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit overturned the district court dismissal of the case and its own ruling upholding the dismissal on a motion for reconsideration.
Prior to joining Cohen, Placitella & Roth, Mr. Begley served as law clerk to the Honorable Timothy J. Savage, Federal Judge, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Mr. Begley was an associate at Richard M. Ochroch & Associates in Philadelphia, PA and focused his practice on personal injury, class action and insurance bad faith matters. He was also an associate at Curtin & Heefner, LLP in Morrisville, PA and focused his practice in the areas of property damage and insurance bad faith litigation.
Mr. Begley holds a B.A. in Accounting from Saint Joseph’s University (2006), and earned his J.D. from Rutgers University – Camden School of Law (2009).
