Jon D. Rubinstein focuses his practice on the representation of individuals and their families in a range of personal injury and wrongful death litigation, particularly in the areas of product liability, work-related incidents, medical malpractice, asbestos and talc exposure, civil rights violations, and negligence. He has successfully litigated cases across the country, securing multimillion-dollar awards for his clients. He also serves as Judge Pro Tem in the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Rubinstein worked at Sullivan & Brill in New York City, where he represented plaintiffs and defendants in all types of personal injury and civil rights cases. Mr. Rubinstein also served as Assistant Corporation Counsel to the City of New York, representing City agencies and employees in tort cases. Mr. Rubinstein has extensive litigation and jury trial experience.
Mr. Rubinstein holds a B.A. in Political Science from Columbia University (2005) and earned his J.D. from Cardozo School of Law (2008) with a concentration in litigation.
