C/P/R Fighting for Our Clients Before the NJ Supreme Court

C/P/R’s Chris Placitella recently argued and won a landmark case before the NJ Supreme Court on behalf of Arthur Whalen who suffered and died from mesothelioma. In that case, the Supreme Court held that a manufacturer that specified asbestos-containing products be used on its equipment is responsible for asbestos exposure caused by replacement parts used for that equipment.
