I am also very grateful to my partners and colleagues at Duane Morris for the many years of friendship and for providing me with a professional home that continually promoted excellence. I also look forward to further developing the harmonious relationship between these two great firms.”
For over 20 years, Jacob A. Goldberg has litigated complex cases at the highest levels, championing the rights of investors, employees and consumers. Mr. Goldberg’s practice focuses on class action litigation under the federal securities laws, the enforcement of states’ corporation laws, the protection of consumers and integrity of markets and enforcement of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act. He joins Cohen Placitella & Roth as a member, having been a shareholder at Berger & Montague, PC and, most recently, a partner at Faruqi & Faruqi, LLP.
Alessandra Phillips joins the firm as an associate. She has also successfully prosecuted False Claims Act cases. Ms. Phillips was formerly associated with both Grant & Eisenhofer, P.A. and Kessler Topaz Meltzer & Check, LLP.
About these additions, Stewart L. Cohen, senior shareholder of Cohen Placitella & Roth, stated, “We are thrilled to add the experience and depth Bob Pratter brings.
