Federal Judge Reverses Decision to Dismiss 1600 Asbestos Cases

In the asbestos MDL, Judge Robreno dismissed over 1,600 cases about asbestos on August 7, 2012. Thereafter a motion to have those dismissals vacated was filed .  Today, Judge Robreno held a hearing on our Motion to Vacate.  John Herrick and Nate Finch argued the matter on behalf of the Plaintiffs.  The hearing lasted about an hour and a half. In an unusual move, Judge Robreno ruled from the bench.  We are happy to report that Judge Robreno vacated the dismissal of the over 1,600 MARDOC cases.
