Los Angeles Jury Hits Union Carbide & Kaiser Gypsum With 30 Million Dollar Mesothelioma Verdict

Congratulations to my friend John Landoc for standing up against the corporate giants and for the rights of his clients. In response to what was reportedly a $20,000 offer of settlement John and his team took Union Carbide to task. After a 7 week trial, the jury awarded the plaintiff $30,000,000. The jury found Union Carbide 60 percent responsible and Kaiser Gypsum 20 percent responsible. The jury also found both companies acted recklessly.
