The verdicts. continue to Mount against the asbestos industry . This past week a jury in Portland Oregon hit Kaiser gypsum with a verdict of 8.7 million dollars apportioning 35 percent responsibility to the trial defendant. Congratulations to my friends and colleagues Brian Ladenburg, Craig Sims, and Kaitlin Wright for trying a great case. The punitive damage phrase of the trial is underway.
