New Jersey Mesothelioma Lawsuit Settles After Two Days of Trial

Unfortunately many cases do not settle until they are on the court house steps. In the case of Fusco v Abex it took two days of trial to settle. Finally on Friday Jan 10 the case settled after the plaintiffs expert Barry Castleman testified as to what Abex knew or should have known about the dangers of asbestos. The case was presided over by Judge Vincenet Leblon. Reportedly the Special Master in charge of the litigation Agatha Dzikiewicz was instrumental in the negotiations while the trial was going on.
