Dominique L. Montoya zealously advocates for her clients in a range of personal injury and wrongful death litigation. Ms. Montoya believes in an interpersonal approach to her client relationships and has assisted in securing multi-million dollar awards for her clients.
Ms. Montoya graduated from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law, where she received her J.D. and Certificate in Trial Advocacy and Litigation. During her time at Temple, Ms. Montoya was also a member of the National Trial Team and received several accolades for her advocacy skills, including Best Advocate (2020 Regional Trial Competition, Final Round) and Best Direct Examination (2019 National Civil Trial Competition). Ms. Montoya received her undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware. Currently, Ms. Montoya coaches Temple Law students on the National Trial Team.
