U.S. District Judge Timothy J. Savage of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania named Stewart L. Cohen of Cohen, Placitella & Roth as special master in the case to conduct settlement discussions.

Stevens & Lee has to search every computer and backup tape in its possession by Friday afternoon to ensure none of the computers have Elliott Greenleaf information on them, a federal judge ruled.
