Mr. Haklay comes to Cohen, Placitella & Roth after a successful career as a prosecutor in the Philadelphia District Attorney’s office. During his service at the District Attorney’s office, Mr. Haklay prosecuted major crimes and homicide cases. We are pleased to be adding a trial lawyer of Mr. Haklay’s experience, skill and accomplishment.
