The Veterans Transition Initiative is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that provides legal assistance, benefits counseling, mentor support, and a unique educational experience for all honorably discharged veterans.
Autism Speaks U
Launched in 2008, Autism Speaks U is a program designed for college students who host awareness, advocacy and fundraising events. It is an exciting and collaborative way for students to raise funds and awareness for Autism Speaks, while supporting their local autism communities. Student-run events take place both on and off campus and range anywhere from hosting a 5k run/3k walk, to organizing a benefit concert, to bringing in a panel that discusses relevant issues on autism.
Community Legal Services of Philadelphia
The mission of Community Legal Services (CLS) of Philadelphia is to help low-income Philadelphia residents obtain equal access to justice by providing them with advice and representation in civil legal matters; advocating for their legal rights; and conducting community education about the legal issues that affect them.
Consumers for Civil Justice
Consumers for Civil Justice is a Washington, D.C. non-profit organization founded by individuals and their families who want to ensure that injured people, doctors, legislators, and the public have access to accurate facts regarding proposed tort “reform.”
Epilepsy Foundation
The Epilepsy Foundation® of America is the national voluntary agency dedicated solely to the welfare of the almost 3 million people with epilepsy in the U.S. and their families. The organization works to ensure that people with seizures are able to participate in all life experiences; to improve how people with epilepsy are perceived, accepted and valued in society; and to promote research for a cure. In addition to programs conducted at the national level, epilepsy clients throughout the United States are served by more than 50 Epilepsy Foundation affiliates around the country.
Holidays for the Homeless
Each year Holidays for the Homeless identifies thousands of children by name and works hard to purchase gifts suitable for each individual child. They accomplish their goals through the holiday tree program and through contributions from their supporters. With contributions they buy specific gifts for specific children who would otherwise go without.
New York Academy of Sciences

One of the oldest scientific organizations in the United States, the Academy has become not only a notable and enduring cultural institution in New York City, but also one of the most significant organizations in the international scientific community.
Peggy Browning Fund
The Peggy Browning Fund‘s mission is to provide law students with diverse, challenging work and educational experiences in the area of workers’ rights. Such unique and positive opportunities will both increase students’ understanding of workers’ needs as well as promote their entry into the practice of public interest labor law.
Philadelphia Fire Fighters’ & Paramedics Union, Local 22
The Philadelphia Fire Department has been serving Philadelphia for nearly 265 years. The first organized volunteer firefighting service was launched on December 7, 1736, and served the community with unsung acts of bravery for nearly 135 years. We support fundraising efforts for the Baum Center and for the friends of our fallen heroes.
Princeton Area Community Foundation
Created in 1991, the Princeton Area Community Foundation builds community by promoting and encouraging philanthropy across greater Mercer County and central New Jersey. It now manages over 200 charitable funds, including 20 agency endowments created by the Community Foundation and members of the community for the long-term benefit of central New Jersey.
Prostate Cancer Foundation
Firmly committed to curing prostate cancer, the Prostate Cancer Foundation is the leading philanthropic organization funding and accelerating research globally. As a champion for increased government and private support, PCF has helped build a global research enterprise of nearly $10 billion. It has funded more than 1,500 programs at nearly 200 research centers in 12 countries.
Shore Dreams for Kids
Shore Dreams for Kids is a nonprofit corporation whose concept was based on “Day on the Bay,” an annual event held once a year to provide special athletes and their families a day of entertainment which included food, drinks, music, and gifts.
Support Center For Child Advocates
The Support Center for Child Advocates, founded in 1977, is the country’s oldest and largest pro bono legal and social services agency for children. Its mission is to advocate for abused and neglected children in Philadelphia, with the goal of securing a permanent, nurturing environment for every child.
Transplant Foundation: Gift of Life Donor Program
The Transplant Foundation is the tax-exempt nonprofit Pennsylvania corporation established in 1996 to support the mission of Gift of Life Donor Program. The Transplant Foundation supports organ and tissue procurement through services to organ and tissue donor families and recipients, and professional and community-based activities in support of the donation and transplantation process. This also includes fundraising to support these types of programs—events, school partnerships and public education and outreach efforts.
